About Us

Reclaim Your Space..
Reclaiming Space is a landing place for women seeking a deep and transformative connection with themselves and with other like-minded women. Reclaiming Space was born out of the founder’s own journey through the dark night of the soul. A time of deep shadow work and profound struggle. It was through compassionately holding her abandoned and wounded parts that she found the space to grow a deeper knowing and a profound love for herself. This inner work opened the way for deeper, more authentic connection with others and became the seed for creating a place where other women can find that same gentle holding, healing, and reclamation.
What You'll Find Here..
Here, you will find a carefully curated collection of resources: a reflective blog, nurturing workshops, and thoughtfully crafted products. All designed to support the journey inward. Whether you are just beginning to know yourself or deepening your own wisdom, this is a place to explore, grow, and gather strength in community and within yourself.
Our Offerings..
Our offerings include a range of transformational tools and projects created to guide you gently into the depths of your inner world. Here, you are invited to engage with the unseen and often overlooked parts of yourself with compassion and courage. Rooted in lived experience, shadow work, and soulful reflection, we aim to support profound self-discovery, healing and reclamation. Here, you are met with kindness, strength, and the reminder that your journey toward wholeness is honoured every step of the way.

Meet Us

Mandy Flint – Founder (South Australia)

Mandy is an emerging artist and writer whose creative journey blossomed in her 30s amid the busyness of motherhood and career, fully coming home to herself in midlife. With over 23 years dedicated to the social welfare field, Mandy has cultivated a deep well of professional expertise and compassionate insight. Her extensive career spans social work, trauma therapy, and art therapy, where she has walked alongside countless individuals through their journey of healing and transformation. Alongside her clinical and therapeutic roles, Mandy has embraced leadership in training and mentoring, sharing her knowledge and empowering others in the mental health and social welfare sectors. Her work is deeply informed by both professional wisdom and lived experience, creating a rich foundation for her creative expression.

Mandy’s artistic practice is a vibrant fusion of her therapeutic background and her love for the esoteric, including astrology, mythology, and universal archetypes. She is passionately drawn to exploring shadow work, childhood trauma, and the profound process of healing and shadow integration. Through her creative Jupiterian energy, she is a prolific doll-maker and loves all things art and exploring the inner realms of the self. In this creative space, she invites women to reclaim self-compassion and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Her first major creative work, Reclaiming Self, is a card deck designed to guide and support this journey of self-discovery and empowerment, offering a unique blend of art, therapy, and spiritual insight.

Pauline Lodge – Co-Founder (Western Australia)

Pauline is an emerging author and fledgling creative who has in recent years, through personal exploration, meditation, and learning about energy healing, become reacquainted with her intuition and our innate capacity for healing. Pauline has had a subtle awareness of energy fields throughout her life and has begun more fully exploring how they interact with our nervous system and the wisdom of our bodies in supporting our health and wellness. This has led to the development of her Heart Centred Healing, Consultancy and Counselling, working with individuals and organisations to support them in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, regulating their energy, embodying self-compassion and connecting to their heart.

Pauline is an experienced clinician, trainer, and clinical manager, and has worked throughout Australia and the UK in the childhood trauma sector for over three decades, leading and delivering clinical services and developing and delivering a range of accredited and non-accredited training packages. Pauline has worked as a Social Worker, Educator, Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, and Synergetic Play Therapist supporting children, families and young people to recover and heal from their experiences of trauma and works as a Clinical Consultant supporting organisations in implementing trauma-responsive policies and practices.
